The Minnesota Historical Society (MHS) reserves non-exclusive rights to all written, photographic and audio-visual material submitted to the Minnesota’s Greatest Generation Project for use during the life of the project, including publication in print or on the project website, radio or television broadcast, or as otherwise deemed appropriate. Authors/filmmakers will retain original copyright to their work. If you do not wish to grant such rights to MHS, you may choose not to submit material to this project. Contributors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permission to publish copyrighted materials or previously unpublished materials owned by other persons, and must provide proper citations.
